By using VocalSplit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Service Description

VocalSplit uses AI to separate vocals and instrumentals from audio and video files. We're currently in beta, so features may change and you might experience longer processing times or occasional issues.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use
• Don't upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material
• Use our service responsibly and don't try to break it
• Respect our usage limits during beta

4. Commercial Use

You can use the separated audio files (vocals/instrumentals) for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as you had the rights to the original content. We don't claim ownership of your content.

5. File Processing

• Files are processed securely on our servers
• All files are automatically deleted after 30 minutes
• We don't store, share, or use your files for anything other than processing
• Processing times may vary during beta development

6. Beta Service

VocalSplit is in beta development. The service is provided "as is" and may have bugs, downtime, or slower processing. We're not responsible for any issues that may occur during beta testing.

7. Limitations

We provide VocalSplit without warranties and limit our liability for any damages. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Current usage limits may change as we develop new features.
